You can find your personalized custom 28 Keto plan in the menu under the 'My Custom Keto Plan' tab.
When will I receive my meal plan? keyboard_arrow_down
Your plan is generated by our algoritham after you answer the survey and finish payment. You should receive an email with your login details once you're done, where you'll have access to the plan created specifically for you!
I see products I've excluded. keyboard_arrow_down
If by any chance you see recipes with products that you've excluded, don't hesitate to contact as at support@ketoplan28.com. We will resolve the issue.
Raw or cooked ingredients? keyboard_arrow_down
All of the listed ingredients needed for a recipe are measured raw.
Where can I see the recipes? keyboard_arrow_down
You can see all of the ingredients needed, recipe notes, instructions and preparation time when you click on the image of the recipe or the name of the recipe. It will lead you to a detailed version of the recipe.
Is it allowed to eat fruit? keyboard_arrow_down
The Ketogenic diet is very low-carbohydrate diet and most of the fruit is high in sugar, making it a not so keto-friendly option. However, there are certain low glycemic fruits, such as blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, that can be consumed in moderation.
What to drink? keyboard_arrow_down
You can drink coffee and tea. Do not forget to drink water! It is essential to drink plenty of water in the first days on your keto diet because of the water excretion caused by the glycogen depletion!

You can switch the weeks when you click on the left and right arrows next to the Week # on the top of your meal plan.
My diet has too many calories! keyboard_arrow_down
The calorie intake in your custom diet is calculated specifically for your gender, height, weight, activity level and more. Have in mind that you will be receiving the exact number of calories you need for your body. It is not about eating less but eating properly. You have the right meal plan! With the keto diet, you will eat fat and burn more fat.

If you have allergies to any product in your meal plan, contact us immediately at support@ketoplan28.com. We are going to suggest you the best substitute, or adjust your plan to avoid those products.
So what actually is the Keto diet? keyboard_arrow_down
The Ketogenic, or the Keto Diet, is a very high-fat, very low-carbohydrate diet with moderate consumption of protein. 75% of your calories on a ketogenic diet come from fat, 20% are from protein, and only 5% of the total calorie intake comes from carbohydrates. Тhrough this macro ratio our body switches its preferred fuel source from carbohydrates to fat, which results in the production of an additional fuel source known as ketones. This unique metabolic state is known as nutritional ketosis.
How can I tell if I'm in ketosis? keyboard_arrow_down
There are some signs that you are in ketosis: weight loss; increased urination; bad breath and fruity, metallic taste in your mouth; mental sharpness; increased energy; sometimes insomnia. You can tell if you are in ketosis by tests, such as blood tests and urine test. You can use ketone urine testing strips to test for ketone bodies. You can test your blood, using a keto meter.
What is a "Keto-Flu"? What can I do about the "Keto-Flu"? keyboard_arrow_down
It's possible to experience some symptoms in the first days of your keto diet, called "Keto Flu". The Keto-flu is feelings of mental fog, exhaustion, and possible nausea due to keto-adaptation. It’s a natural reaction of your body when switching from burning carbohydrates to burning fat for fuel. A well-formulated Ketogenic Diet can often alleviate these symptoms. You can experience all of the symptoms, or some of them. Don`t worry, it's temporary! To aleviate the symptoms of Keto-Flu, drink plenty of water; eat soidum, you can supplement with magnesium, calcium, potassium as well. Get enough sleep and eat fat.
Are electrolytes important on Keto? keyboard_arrow_down
Yes! Especially in the first days or weeks, it's good to replenish potassium, magnesium, calcium and sodium to avoid or minimize Keto-flu symptoms.
I don't drink coconut/almond milk. What do I do? keyboard_arrow_down
If you don't like or drink any nut milk for some reason, you can substitute it. Use almond milk instead of coconut, or vise versa.
Can I have dairy on Keto? keyboard_arrow_down
You can consume dairy in moderation. Choose full-fat products! Low-fat or fat-free options are highly processed and have more carbs.
Do I need to exercise to get results? keyboard_arrow_down
It's not necessary! Studies have shown that diet alone is sufficient. However, we recommend to pair your diet with some kind of physical activity.
What to do if I’m not happy with the product? keyboard_arrow_down
