2 INGREDIENT KETO ALMOND COOKIES

 

These cookies can be the perfect solution to satisfy your cravings for sweet food. They are cheap and easy to prepare, the ingredients are simple and you can make large quantities. The best thing about these cookies is that they are very low in carbs and perfect for any keto diet.

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 cup superfine blanched almond flour
  • 3 tbsp  sugar-free maple-flavored syrup

 

HOW TO PREPARE

 

As we already said, this recipe is quite simple. The maple syrup is the secret. This ingredient serves multiple purposes- it is a binding agent and, at the same time, the source of sweetness and flavor.

 

To prepare the dough you have to combine the almond flour and syrup into a medium-sized bowl. Mix the ingredients well until you have a nice homogenous substance. The substance must be equally mixed and all of the almond flour must be moistened nicely by the maple syrup.

 

The second step is preparing the baking sheet. Use parchment paper to cover the baking sheet. Then, use 1.5tbsp cookie scoop dough balls and place them on the sheet. You can use the spoon or the palm of your hand to shape each cookie nicely.

 

Preheat the oven to 350F. Place the baking sheet and bake the cookies for about 12-15 minutes. You will know they are ready once they turn their edges golden brown. Enjoy your cookies!
