KETO BUFFALO WINGS RECIPE
The most important thing about the preparation of this recipe is to make the buffalo wings crispy and juicy at the same time. The number of flavors should be balanced and strong, as well as you need high-quality chicken wings. The rest is simple. All you have to do is to follow the instructions and be confident that you are able to make the best keto buffalo wings ever!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 to 5 lbs of fresh chicken wings
- 1 lrg bottle of Frank’s Red Hot sauce
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 1 habanero, seeded & quartered (optional)
HOW TO PREPARE
Separate the trimmed chicken pieces. Add each one of the pieces onto a cookie sheet. Bake the chicken in a 350F oven for around 30 minutes.
While the chicken wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a saucepan add the entire bottle of hot sauce and the habanero (optional). Mix the substances well and pour the mixture over the wings in the oven.
If you want your wings to be saucier, you can prepare the same step and cook the sauce separately. Then, add the cooked buffalo wings in the sauce.
