INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 2 oz Avocado (about 1/8 avocado)
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1.2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 packet keto sweetener
  • 1 cup ice cubes

HOW TO PREPARE

All ingredients (except ice cubes) should be added to a blender or juicer. Blend everything nicely until you have a nice and smooth composition. Then, add the ice cubes and blend for 1-2 minutes. Pour the smoothie into a glass and drink it. So easy, so delicious!
