INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup unsweetened peanut butter add ¼ tsp salt if unsalted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Sukrin Melis or Swerve Confectioners
- 1 teaspoon stevia concentrated powder
- ½ cup unflavored whey protein 80 g (see notes)
HOW TO PREPARE
The fudge mixture is crucial for this recipe. Make a good choice of products and make sure that they are keto-friendly. In a saucepan add the cream cheese and the butter together. Melt them on medium heat and stir, then add the peanut butter and continue stirring to get a smooth substance.
Set aside and line a 9x9 square pan with parchment paper. Add the rest of the ingredients to the saucepan and mix everything until well blended. You can use an electric mixer to make sure that everything is mixed equally.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread out equally. Put the pan in the fridge and let it cool. Once the fudge is set, cut small pieces and serve them, the fudge is ready!
