Christmas Keto Gingerbread Fat Bombs
Gingerbread fat bombs are something worth trying, especially during the holiday season. Our frequent readers can see that we always want to provide simple and fast solutions, always with multifunctional purposes.
This is the case because in these modern times we struggle to maintain good health and, at the same time, spend as least time as possible in our kitchen. Some of our keto enthusiasts spend more time experimenting with different keto ingredients than the rest of us. That is normal and totally fine because the modern lifestyle is fast, stressful, and, sadly, full of ignorance for the other non-essential small things in life.
However, in this era of information, all we can do is boost our knowledge and discover what can help us to make life more simplified. The keto recipes on the web are a giant treasure full of knowledge. Each recipe can refresh your keto meal plan and help you improve your diet or stop your cravings for certain specialties.
KETO GINGERBREAD FAT BOMBS
To enrich your holiday menu, today we share one modern recipe based on traditional ‘narrative’. Feel the warmth of Christmas with these mouthwatering ginger cookies. This recipe is keto-friendly, quite easy to prepare, and, of course, delicious and effective crowdpleaser.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Finely ground almond flour (click here to see my favorite brand)
- 2/3 cup Granular Sweetener (Click here to see my favorite on Amazon)
- 1 teaspoon Ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 6 Tablespoons Melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Molasses (optional)
HOW TO PREPARE
As we said, this recipe is very easy to make. You must blend all ingredients very well. Add all of them to a medium-sized bowl and blend the ingredients until you have a homogenous substance. If you want to do it faster, you can use a food processor(but you don’t have to, it’s even better to use your hands).
Make sure that you stir the butter well along with the rest of the ingredients. Everything must be combined nicely, so you can have a good dough to make the cookies.
Use cookie scoops or just scoop small chunks of the dough to make the cookies. Optional: you can use plastic wrap to form the dough in the shape of a sausage or triangle. Place it for a while in the fridge just to make it solid so you can cut pieces with a knife.
The final step is to leave the balls (or formed pieces) in an air container and place them in the fridge. Refrigerate for 1 hour and they are ready for serving!
