Irresistible Keto Meatloaf

The preparation of this recipe is quite simple. Even though it might seem challenging for beginners, the fact is that almost anybody can prepare this recipe. On the other hand, this meatloaf is very low in carbs but rich in proteins and fats. Simply perfect for your meal plan, either for lunch or dinner. Let's check the ingredients of this yumi keto meatloaf:

INGREDIENTS

Loaf

  • 500 g Ground Beef (1 lb)
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour (120g / 4 oz)
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 Cloves garlic Crushed
  • 1/2 Small Brown Onion Finely Chopped

Baking Sauce

  • 1/4 Cup Passata Sauce (Low Carb Tomato Puree)
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Natvia (Or Erythritol)

HOW TO PREPARE

First, make the loaf mixture by mixing together diced onion, almond flour, garlic, egg and ground beef. Add in a mixing bowl and mix everything nicely until you have a homogenous meatloaf substance. In a separate bowl, do the same thing with passata sauce (tomato based low carb sauce), mustard, worcestershire, erythritol and olive oil. This is the baking sauce mixture.

Once you are done with preparing the loaf and sauce mixtures, preheat the oven to 355F and proceed to prepare the tin. You can use a bread loaf tin or something similar. Add the loaf ingredients into the tin, but previously cover it with baking paper. Pour the baking sauce over and cook for 50 minutes.

For serving, we highly recommend keto gravy and beans, cauliflower mash, some of the various keto salads, or, if you want to use your imagination and creativity, a sauce or gravy that you specifically like.
