AWESOME KETO MUG CHEESECAKE WITH 4 INGREDIENTS

This cheesecake is not 'fake' in taste and ingredients. It is almost the same as the original and definitely healthier. It is creamy and juicy with only 2g net carbs per serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp sweetener (we use Erythritol)
  • 1 egg at room temperature

HOW TO PREPARE

In a microwave heat up your cream cheese into a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat the cream cheese up until it becomes soft, nice, and blended. After this process is done, add sweetener (glucose-free), one egg, and vanilla. Mixed everything nicely until all blend together into a nice homogenous substance.

Put the substance into another microwave-safe ramekin or mug. Make sure that you leave space beneath the brim because the cake will rise. Then, add the mug inside the microwave and heat it for 90 seconds. Check the mug repeatedly every 30 seconds not to overcook the cheesecake. To make sure that the cake is done, stick a toothpick into it and if the pick comes out clean your cake is fully cooked.

Before eating, let the cheesecake cool in your fridge for about 10 minutes before serving. Before serving you can experiment with different syrups or additives such as low-carb chocolate sprinkles or even melted chocolate topping. It is all up to you and your imagination!
